Achieve sales targets
Provide good customer service
Educate the customer on product information and application
Maintain visual merchandise and display counters
Maintain high level of hygiene by cleaning counters, testers and displays regularly
Follow up on customers after product purchase via telephone and mail to ensure product satisfaction and build up regular customer base
Handle customer complaints and product returns
Stocktaking duties
Who we’re looking for
- 1 year retail sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Pleasant looking with good interpersonal skills
- Independent, aggressive, possess initiative and optimistic
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
- A good team player
