About this role
Perform onboarding of all applications and change requests from customers
Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications received on a daily basis
Perform ad hoc mass maintenance of existing merchant profiles
Handle queries from internal stakeholders
Support department projects and initiatives
Who we’re looking for
- Min Diploma in any field
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Meticulous and organized.
- Good communication skills
- Preferably someone with CS + Admin job experience
