About this role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Perm Beauty Advisor to join our team and represent various luxury beauty brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and driving sales within the beauty department. The Perm Beauty Advisor will work closely with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty routines.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beauty advisor role or similar position within the beauty industry
- In-depth knowledge of luxury beauty brands, products, and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexibility to work 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays as required
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for the beauty industry
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or related field is preferred
