Lead and motivate retail team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, implementing strategies to meet their expectations.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards
Analyze sales data to identify trends, develop strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
Oversee visual merchandising to create impactful displays that enhance sales
Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Act as the key liaison between the retail team and other departments,

Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
