Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Cobbler or shoemaker, preferably within the luxury footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of shoe construction, materials, and repair techniques.
- Skilled in handcrafting, stitching, sole replacement, polishing, and finishing.
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and precision.
- Ability to work with various types of leather, fabrics, and specialty materials.
- Familiarity with using traditional and modern cobbler tools and machinery.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills to assess and repair damage effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently and meet deadlines.
