As a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for a leading jewelry brand from China and going to launch their first boutique in Macau SAR, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure a premium shopping experience that aligns with the company’s commitment to excellence and cultural heritage. You will manage sales targets, lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards of visual merchandising that reflect our blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design, and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service. This role demands a strategic approach to store performance, inventory control, staff training, and fostering a positive work environment to uphold our brand’s distinguished reputation in the luxury jewelry market.
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail, especially in visual merchandising.
- Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Familiarity with gold, jade, and gemstone products and appreciation for cultural heritage in design.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are preferred.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant education or certification in business management, retail, or related fields is advantageous.
