About this role
Co-lead retail initiative rollout with Area Retail Managers across channels
Support alignment of operational procedures and recruitment needs of export markets
Management of stock orders and new sell-in allocations by POS
Coaching of retail team at POS in operational procedures and reporting purposes
Coaching of Retail Operations Coordinator in SOP familiarisation and enhancements
Oversee the activities to support the staff. E.g. stationery, namecard orders, uniforms etc.
Support all the manual daily operation on order processing, new sell in form filling.
Who we’re looking for
- Min 2 years of related working experience in retail sector with people management portfolio
- Keen attention to details
- Self-motivated
- Fast Learner
- Good in organization skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good in numbers and strong excel knowledge
