About this role
You will have the opportunity to market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
Who we’re looking for
- Prior sales experience preferred (Min 2yrs)
- Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
