About this role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Seamstress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring clothings to meet our customers' needs and preferences. The Seamstress will work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service both on the sales floor and in the backroom.
The Seamstress will have a strong passion for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through their work. They will be dedicated to understanding each customer's unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Seamstress will collaborate with colleagues to maintain relevant product knowledge, enabling them to provide informed recommendations and assistance to customers.
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role
- Proficient in various sewing techniques and garment alterations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
- Flexibility to work in both the sales floor and backroom as needed
