About this role
Responsible for overseeing the operations of retail store.
To lead, develop and implement sales strategies to excel in Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and ultimately Driving Results.
Monitor sales team performance, motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams
Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities
Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training and development
Ensure proper training of sales staff and excellent customer service
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communications
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales plan and achieve company objectives
Provide inputs to budgeting process in terms of sales forecast, headcount requirements and financial requirements
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Closely communicate with regional team on local trading environment and trends, including competition, tourism, consumer trends
Ensure efficient reporting, administrative management and upwards communication
Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail management, with a focus on fashion or apparel. At least 3 years’ multi-stores management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
