Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or related high-end accessories.
- Strong knowledge of gold, jade, gemstones, and jewelry craftsmanship is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring impeccable product presentation.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills for sales and inventory management systems.
