About this role
Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, makeup and beauty products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product features, application techniques and beauty routines to enhance the customer experience.
Drive sales by promoting products, achieving individual sales targets and introducing new launches and promotions.
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, product knowledge and effective clienteling.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, stock availability and overall boutique cleanliness.
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or retail sales is an added advantage.
- Passionate about beauty products, skincare, makeup trends and the cosmetics industry.
