1.全日制本科以上学历，财会、财税类相关专业毕业。
2.熟悉国家相关税收法规，熟悉企业各税种申报流程，遵守职业道德。具备一定的税收合规意识，了解税收优惠政策。
3.3-5年以上税务管理工作经验，有会计师、税务事务所，房地产企业税务管理岗位者优先 。
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门顺畅合作，完成税务相关工作。
1.参与集团战略规划和重大经营决策的税务影响分析，提供税务风险管理建议。
2.参与集团各部门、各成员企业的税务活动，识别潜在的税务风险，制定防范措施；确保企业符合税法规定，避免税务违规行为。
3.参与研究国家及地方的税法政策，及时向管理层汇报重要变化，对企业策略进行适时调整。
4.与税务机关保持良好关系，处理税务机关的沟通，与企业内部财务、法务等部门协同工作，确保税务流程流畅。
