A seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience, Katherine is a veteran in talent acquisition, HR workforce management and project management.

As regional HR business partner for HRnetGroup, Katherine leads the Group’s internal HR & talent acquisition teams for Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Korea, and is well-versed in regulatory requirements on labour practices in the region.

Katherine has played an integral role in the setting up & running of RecruitFirst Hong Kong, and also heads the government sector team and contract payroll team in the business unit. Her experience and competence in talent acquisition enable her to oversee the hiring of over 400 government contractors and manage payroll processes of over 1000 contractors in various industries at any one point in time.
