What you'll be doing on the job
1. Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers
2. Understands the unique challenges Enterprise customers face and proactively deliver value through the ongoing use and optimization of existing products
3. Understands the metrics and key performance indicators (best practices) unique to Enterprise customers, with the north-star metric being retention
4. A champion for customers by communicating effectively with stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear actionables
