Who you'll be working for
Our client is a luxury retail leader, seeking experienced Retail Stock Assistant!
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Must have good communication skills, effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
- Knowledge of Excel
- Possess driving license (Optional)
What you'll be doing on the job
- Perform reporting of defective goods & filling up of UD forms (recalling of products on ad-hoc basis)
- Maintain items in stock room (warehouse) in an organized, clean and tidy manner
- Assist in sorting and organizing daily delivery from warehouse to boutique
- Keep accurate record of stock inventory/ stock take
- Participate in monthly stock take in warehouse & boutique
- Provide support to boutique to deliver/return stocks to and from boutique/warehouse/overseas transfers
- Assist in stock transfers and packing
- Administrative shipping/invoicing support (ad-hoc)
- Assist on the boutique floor as Runners if necessary
- Assist in managing after-sales products
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
