What you'll be doing on the job

Job Description: (Basically a sales role and getting people to refinance home loans)

• Actively promote home loans to customers through alliance and referral by real estate agents, lawyers and developers.
• Proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships as well as provide good after-sales service.
• Work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits
• You will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and presentations to potential customers and progressively build referral base of your very own through regular contact with your referral sources.
• Providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of customers.
• Opportunities to be stationed at show flat for deeper engagement with our business partners
• Scheduled duties at assigned showflat on weekend, you will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and presentations to potential customers.
• This role encompasses engagement via cold calling and texting with potential business partners
