Who you'll be working for
Our client is a leading Luxury retailer, seeking experienced Retail Ops Coordinator!
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min 2 years of related working experience in retail sector with people management portfolio
- Keen attention to details
- Self-motivated
- Fast Learner
- Good in organization skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good in numbers and strong excel knowledge
What you'll be doing on the job
- Co-lead retail initiative rollout with Area Retail Managers across channels
- Support alignment of operational procedures and recruitment needs of export markets
- Management of stock orders and new sell-in allocations by POS
- Coaching of retail team at POS in operational procedures and reporting purposes
- Coaching of Retail Operations Coordinator in SOP familiarisation and enhancements
- Oversee the activities to support the staff. E.g. stationery, namecard orders, uniforms etc.
- Support all the manual daily operation on order processing, new sell in form filling.
