What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma or above holder in any subjects
  • Fresh graduates or IANG visa holders are welcome
  • Any sales or customer service experience will be advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Promote membership and programs
  • Handle enquiries from customer on membership from phone or email
  • Handle reservation and provide check-in and out services
  • Support the team in customers' complaint cases if any
