What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years B2B experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, and Property Management is an advantage
• Self-motived team player with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Identify, develop and drive new business opportunities, and formulate business solutions for the clients
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business
• Perform end-to-end sales activities from proposal to deal closing
• Review & analysis of the market situation for new business development
• Liaise and work closely with external/internal business parties on business solutions
