岗位要求：
1. 硕士以上，相关专业优先；
2. 2年以上AI工具链开发相关工作经验
3. 熟练使用C++和Python，了解TensorFlow/Pytorch等深度学习
4. 熟悉常用的开发工具，如git，cmake, make, conda, docker等
5. 有扎实的数据结构和基础算法知识，了解图像处理，深度学习和计算机体系结构的基本知识
加分项：
1. 了解llvm等传统编译器或Halide，polyhedral model，tvm等编译技术者优先
2. 了解FPGA或IC开发验证者优先
3. 了解GPU编程者优先
4. 了解CI/CD开发流程者优先
1. 开发AI加速器的工具链，主要指底层算子开发深度学习编译器等；
2. 与算法工程师合作在AI加速器上支持各种先进的深度学习算法；
3. 与硬件工程师合作从而优化AI加速器，支持AI计算（如自动驾驶，生成式大模型等）领域的客户。
