What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree is preferred.
2. 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience is preferred.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
4. Quality and engineering mindset on the problem-solving.
5. Ability to communicate between the customer and internal multi-discipline teams.
6. Accept business travel if needed.

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Work with the sales and customers to verify and understand the customer's quality issues, collect,
and investigate the background of the failures, design and implement the failure analysis plan.
2. Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and factory teams on quality issue
solving. Lead the cross-functional team on problem-solving.
3. Update customers promptly on the handling progress of the quality issues and compile professional
failure analysis reports.
4. Identify systematic issues and quality risks within factory activities. Drive continuous improvement on
product quality performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Onsite support for customer site when needed.
6. Other assignments by company.
