1. 本科及以上学历，化学或者化工相关专业；
2. 8 10 年化工企业生产管理工作 经验；
3. 5 年以上 半导体湿电子化学 化工生产管理经验，熟悉 半导体湿电子化学品 产线工艺流程

What you'll be doing on the job

实现合成 半导体湿电子化学 品的生产标准化提供管理支持
1. 实现生产提前备料，生产结束及时退料，差异及时调整的操作实践，确保库存的准确性。
2. 优化 湿电子化学 品 的生产过程，提高产能。
3. 与研发部门合作，领导工艺、设备部门 ，优化调和产品的生产，提高调和产品的产能。
4. 标准化生产工单的执行流程，确保生产相关信息及时准确的记录进 JDE 系统。
5. 建立工单差异原因分析流程，降低系统中的标准成本与实际成本的差异。
6. 确保工厂内的安环设施正常运转，避免发生违规事件。
7 . 确保工厂内员工得到足够的安环培训，避免发生化学品泄漏等环境事故和人身伤害等安
全事故。
