What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Complete secondary education or attain the HKDSE
• Experienced in counter services would be an advantage
• Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities
• Good command of both Chinese and English

What you'll be doing on the job

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the front counter, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, etc.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is provided for all client interactions.
• Assist with back office tasks such as preparing bank deposits, verifying cash levels and balances, compliance procedures.
• Promote additional retail banking products like savings accounts, investments, loans, insurance when relevant opportunities arise with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty through knowledgeable conversations.
• Contribute to business goals through product recommendations that benefit customers' financial needs.
• Handle day-to-day operations at the frontline under the supervision of the branch manager.
• Support the smooth running of the branch by assisting with various duties as needed.
