Who you'll be working for

A sizeable bank is seeking for an Assistant Manager, SME Loan Acquisition This role will focus on client background check and client site visit and loan documentation

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business relate disciplines preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales supporting, experience in banking advantageous.
• Good understanding in banking products and the loan acquisition workflow.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with good teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support on operations to the business banking Loan team, including but not limited to client pre-application background search, site-visit, documentation follow-up
• Communicating both internally and externally counterparty to ensure smooth operations
• Assist the Head of Business Banking in consolidating data for business-related report 
• Handling customer enquiries regarding business banking loan in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
