  • Minimum A Level or Diploma in any disciplines
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Strong to detail.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Administrative support for the business unit.
  • Track feedback and enquiries.
  • Filing, tracking, and updating memberships systems related matters.
  • Coordinate, track, prepare and follow up on maintenance works and paperwork.  
  • Coordinate, track, prepare and follow up on members and guests’ invitation.
  • Coordinate logistics and operations requirements.
  • Track utilisation of projects.
  • Track, coordinate, and collate event post reports materials.
  • Manage booking systems.
  • Prepare, record and track memberships, donation forms and update database.
