What requirements you'll need to be eligible

 个人有养生/滋补习惯，认可中式滋补
 小众奢侈品/珠宝工作经验，擅长以CRM 为主的工作内容
 过往销售占比老客/ 潜客转化大于Walk-in
 良好的沟通能力及细致的洞察力
 形象健康，心态平和
 有较高认知，执行力强

What you'll be doing on the job


 销售服务：学习滋补行业相关知识和销售技能，为顾客提供高品质的一对一顾问式服务
 产品知识：系统学习燕窝知识，了解滋补行业
 客群维护：根据客户消费方式定制化实施维护方案，培育品牌粘性强的忠诚顾客
 门店运营：参与门店日常运营，独立承担完成门店的日常事务
 活动协助：协助维护商场物业的合作伙伴，配合公司开展品牌活动，促进销售业绩提升
