Qualifications:   

  • Degree in Nutrition/Food Science/Dietetics/Biotechnology/Food Technology/ Bio Medical or related discipline.

 Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related health and nutrition industry.

 Skills:

  • Deep good understanding on products and nutrition, and demonstrates a good presentation and consultation skills.
  • Pleasant personally, good communication, consultation, interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. 
What you'll be doing on the job

POSITION SUMMARY

Executive, Nutrition Consultant is responsible for supporting the Nutrition Manager on product training programs, marketing campaign, content development, customer inquiries, event coordination and issue management. This involves but not limited to execution and delivery of company training activities, company events, create content for marketing materials, and handle customer inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Training Programs
    • Responsible for the development of training modules and execution of product training across a specific region that provide in-depth knowledge and selling skills to distributors to enable them sell and share company products.
    • The product trainings include but not limited to Train The Trainer Program, Health and Wellness Talk, SYOB training, MOS events, Health Consultation, Distributors Training, Social media training such as FB live and new launch product training (online & offline).
    • Foster strong relationship with existing distributors and develop new relationship across the different groups to identify their training needs and get their feedback on company's program and promotion on monthly basis.   
    • Become an expert of the company products through both formal and self-training.
    • Provide technical support to front liners (i.e: business development manager, customer service, branches staffs) who handle customer inquirers.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and communicate value proposition of products that are differentiated, clear and defensible.
    • Contribute content and ideas for marketing communication materials (ie: articles, fact sheets, product briefs, videos, competitive comparison, testimonials, etc) on a timely basis to support distributors in their selling process.
    • Train distributors with the campaign's materials and tools to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge and empower them to become company product advocates.
    • Support in the translation and proofread on marketing communication materials, company's Today products information, website pages and announcement related to the marketing.
  • Customer Inquiries and Consultation
    • Handle health and product inquiries from distributors and consumers via walk in, email and phone call with timely follow ups and solution.
    • Participate in company's Cares Wellness program. Conduct training to qualify the business leaders to be a certified nutrition consultation. Conduct health consultation to customers.
  • Event Coordination
    • Involve in marketing, promotional and business development activities of the company including CSR program, leadership development program, rank recognition, national convention, and company incentive trip.
    • Coordinate all aspects of product training events (i.e.: event flyers, event tickets, ticket’s sales and feedback form) by coordinating with all stakeholders (IT, designer, operation, finance, sales).
    • Liaise with internal equity and external contacts to book travel flight, event hall and accommodation and ensure payment are made on time.
    • Liaise with internal equity and external contacts for all event’s details such as decor, catering, canopy, logistic, photographer, videographer, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
    • Communicate with field leadership in the planning, promotion, and execution of training events.
  • Issue management:
    • Proactively monitoring of all distributors and consumers activities and network including offline and online to ensure the company reputation is protected.
    • Monitor and report any ongoing or potential crisis to the company.
