Our client, an Retail Ecommerce firm, is hiring for a Retail Operations Manager to join their growing offiline retail operations team in Korea

• Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field

What you'll be doing on the job

As a Retail Operations Manager (Multi-Brand Ecommerce), you will be responsible for ensuring that the retail store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards. You will manage and oversee the roster, ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service, opening, and closing times. Your role will involve providing recommendations on suitable ways to optimize space in the store and ensuring compliance with health/safety policies and procedures, as well as company policies and procedures.

You will analyze operational processes and create a culture of continuous improvement. This will involve reviewing and implementing retail operational procedures and strategies to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will contribute to and review business reporting to reflect sales performance, providing insights and recommendations. Your ultimate goal will be to create and implement operational strategies that drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
