  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • 1+ years of customer service experience 
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Promote company products as per clients' needs
  • Handle clients' enquiries / requests / complaints
  • Assist with daily store operation, including merchandise display and stock management
  • Provide administrative support to the operation team
