Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and 5 years in ICT industries.
• Profound understanding and experience with Microsoft infrastructure and application deployment such as Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, networking.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies in deployment such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure.
• Experience on PowerShell is necessary.
• Professional certificates in Microsoft is preferred.
• Capable of initiating, guiding and overseeing deployment projects both individually and as a team.
• Skilled in handling pressure and multitasking with proficiency.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead the technical delivery, configure, troubleshoot of IT projects across Microsoft Infrastructure and Office 365/Microsoft 365 cloud services such as Microsoft Teams voice and Microsoft Teams Room System.
• Manage root cause analysis with vendors
• Uphold customer satisfaction throughout the project's execution.
• Lead the engineers for the project deployment and technical support.
