Continuously monitor the app’s performance, uptime, and user experience across all regions.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools to detect issues in real-time.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the app’s functionality, performance, and security.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any bugs or incidents.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, database optimization, and server management.
Ensure that the app remains compliant with security standards and regional regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation of the app’s architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.
Update and create documentation as new features or changes are implemented.
Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues from local market support teams.
Assist in creating knowledge base articles and training materials for user support teams.
