Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimally a Diploma Holder 
  • Willingness to OT during project peak period 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • To assist the Manager on any project or system enhancement
  • Liaise with departments to determine the system requirements in any Change Requests.
  • Understand the functionality of various systems and services to provide support to users
  • Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
  • Assist in test data preparation in all enhancements/projects
  • Work closely with vendors/IT to resolve any system errors
  • Prepare daily statistic on testing status/system issues for management reporting
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisors
