Who you'll be working for
A registered and certified healthcare solution provider that supplies innovative state-of-the-art medical solutions and services through established medical device manufacturers
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Working in medical industries is an added advantage
What you'll be doing on the job
- Handling full set of account in the accounting software and manual transactions. To do an allin-one accounting-related task
- Know how to use – Autocount software (accounƟng software)
- To ensure prompt collection of clients' accounts and the prompt payment of all vendors and staff claims
- To follow up on all overdue customer accounts. This includes keeping a record of all correspondences and issues faced with these overdue accounts
- To process and update collections and receipts timely and accurate
- To assist in all the matters related to financial audit
- Must be able to advise accounts-related solutions to the management whenever there is a problem occurs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management
