What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:

  • A Degree's Holder with good command of English (spoken and written). 
  • Minimum 7-10 years in Human Resource Management.
  • Hands on and proven experience in recruitment of staff for retail stores and counters especially in the field of
    luxury goods businesses in Malaysia. 
  • Hands on in handle payroll and related welfare matters independently.
  • Well-verse in Malaysian Labour Laws and regulations.
What you'll be doing on the job

Main Accountabilities:

  • Supervise a team of HR and Admin employees.
  • Manage all aspect of HR and General Admin functions and to ensure compliance of group policies, rules, regulations, deadlines and smooth operations.
  • Conduct himself or herself professionally, be approachable and presentable with the aim to elevate the profile of the Company in the eyes of internal and external clients.
  • Handle other tasks, ad-hoc projects assigned by the company and HQ.
  • Responsible for the management of all HR operations, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll administration, leave management and support all others related administrative matters.
  • Handling General Administration and office matters.
