What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Duties:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new starters 
  • Assisting the director in employee engagement survey and reports analyzing
  • Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters
  • Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Manage office appointments and bookings
  • Checking and processing of monthly invoices
  • Assist in payroll matters and processing of claims & benefits
  • Assisting in overseas recruitment (mainly shortlisting profiles only)


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of HR Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Highly independent as this will be an individual contributor role reporting directly to HR Director
  • Must be able to commence work immediately
What you'll be doing on the job

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm (hybrid arrangement = Mon & Fri WFH. Only Tue to Thu in office)
Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: Imm – end Dec 2024 (may extend till end Jan 2025 at max) 
Salary: up to $4,500 basic (
