Who you'll be working for
OnTheList is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Korea. In this role, he/she will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. WHAT IT TAKES...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Native Korean and Good English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fostering a great workplace culture.
What you'll be doing on the job
HR Functions:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: prepare onboarding kits, conduct orientation and collect personal particulars for documentations. Arrange floor support program and induction meetings for the new joiners.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and organizing team building activities.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process by tracking evaluations and providing necessary documentation.
- Employer branding: Assist internship program and participate in recruitment fair, act as ambassador to promote OnTheList as the employer of choice
- Training and Development: Source external vendor, coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Implementation: Work closely with the HQ HR Team, assist in the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Admin & Finance Support:
- Admin support: Oversee daily office operations, handle miscellaneous purchases and travel arrangements
- Finance Support: Reimbursement management, contract liaison and invoices follow up, assist on transaction report
