  • Degree in any field.
  • Min 1 of experience in call centre. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Responsible for handling customers’ and agents’ enquiries and policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via all touchpoints, including inbound, outbound and non-voice.
  • Performing backend administrative tasks. 
  • Deliver quality and efficient service to policyholders and agents, and ensure the overall service level and objectives of the Contact Centre are met.
