Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience in accounts receivableor accounting fieldwith customer interface exposure, preferably in logistics / express industry
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Power Point & Power BI, and experience with SAP

What you'll be doing on the job

• Monitor Receipting team’s operations and ensure all receivable matters are finished according to standard
• Assist Risk Control & Receipting Support Manager in managing customer escalation / complaints on receivable matters and take charge on resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvement initiatives to ensure structural resolution for errors
• Work closely with Billing Team and Credit Control & Collection Team as well as cross functional teams to ensure proper handling of customer queries
• Prepare customized reports
• Assist Risk Control & Receipting Support Manager in credit administration matter and handling projects
