What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within multinational FMCG companies. Experience in beauty and cosmetics.
  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • A team player with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while also having the capability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a challenging and fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience with website and social media content updates and content writing is an added advantage.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness, especially in the beauty, cosmetics, and personal care industries, both online and offline.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Develop, organize, and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.
  • Propose marketing strategies, integrating the marketing mix (product, pricing, positioning, and promotion) to achieve the business plan.
  • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to plan and produce marketing materials, including photos and videos.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, primarily on social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, plan social media posts, and demonstrate proficiency in copywriting.
  • Ensure visual merchandising in retail stores aligns with the brand's primary and secondary focus.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with associates such as principals, media, key opinion leaders (KOL), and the public.
  • Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage the budget and make investment decisions within the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
  • Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets to contribute to the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
