What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Prior experience in telesales for insurance industry.
• Certified with BCP/PGI.

What you'll be doing on the job

- To call prospects from provided leads, introducing our product offerings
- To build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
- To employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
- To perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management.
