What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• At least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales
• Candidates without prior experience may be considered for an entry level position
• Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience working with high-end/luxury/premium FMCG or retail brands is an added advantage.
• Must have a strong work ethic, integrity, and total honesty (transparency and trust).
• Service-oriented.
• A passion for constantly updating oneself with our Sales Guidance.
• Curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas.
• Able to communicate complex messages in a simple way.
• Energized by tough challenges and is a team player.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Be an ambassador in the Boutique to welcome, advise, and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the service offering.
• Create a delightful customer experience by ensuring that the boutique's appearance is in accordance with company policy (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented), ensuring that the display are filled daily.
• Welcome the Boutique clientele, identify their needs, and advise both prospects and members on products and services.
• You are part of the team ensuring boutique operations excellence, including compliance with the correct opening/closing procedures and payment processes based on defined procedures.
• Actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique targets.
