What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. Proven experience in customer retention or customer relationship management
  3. 2-3 years managing team consist of Customer Success/Customer Relation
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Willing to be working on site 5 days a week
What you'll be doing on the job
  1. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving customer retention
  2. Develop and implement retention strategies and campaigns to increase customer loyalty
  3. Monitor customer retention metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
