What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in customer retention or customer relationship management
- 2-3 years managing team consist of Customer Success/Customer Relation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to be working on site 5 days a week
What you'll be doing on the job
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving customer retention
- Develop and implement retention strategies and campaigns to increase customer loyalty
- Monitor customer retention metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
