What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in the baby apparel or baby skincare industry.
  2. Must currently be at a minimum level of Manager (preferably Brand Manager).
  3. Proven experience in social media management, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  4. Ability to identify market trends and understand customer preferences to guide marketing strategies.
  5. Skilled in creating marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement.
  6. Capable of developing brand strategies for both online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
What you'll be doing on the job

- Lead team consist of 10 team member (offline and online division)
- Identifying trends and customer preferences
- Creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness
- Developing brand strategies for the company (both online and offline)
- Oversee various business functions, including brand image, communication channels, product development, and promotion
