What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 3 until 5 years of experience in e-commerce; direct experience in kids fashion preferred 
• Experienced in handling various brand categories in multiple marketplaces 
• Experience in managing and growing brands in the online 
channel 
• Analytical & strategic thinking to analyze data and make 
performance improvement suggestions. 
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skill 
• Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred

What you'll be doing on the job

• Strategize, plan, execute and maintain Online sales 
performance across all marketplaces 
• Liase and maintain relationship with Marketplace PICs, 
negotiate and secure best exposures based on campaign 
or seasonality 
• Create stock projections monthly to ensure healthy level 
of stock and assortment 
• Analyze market trends regularly and develop plans to 
help boost sales & brand awareness across all e
commerce platforms 
• Maintain daily operations and fulfillment of orders low 
cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other 
components to increase conversion rate and customer 
satisfaction 
•  Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into brands' 
short-term and long-term development plan and build 
JBPs 
• Maintain Paid Marketing performances and return of 
investment across all e-commerce marketplaces (e.g: 
Shopee Ads, Tokopedia ads etc.)
