What you'll be doing on the job

1. Foster and maintain strong relationships and smooth collaboration with the entire team.
2. Promptly and courteously answer phone calls in line with company standards.
3. Accurately handle and process all reservation inquiries, including walk-ins.
4. Relay special guest requirements to the relevant team members.
5. Accurately process all cancellations and amendments.
6. Ensure all reservation details are properly recorded in the CRM, including guest profiles and preferences
