Who you'll be working for

This company is a leading provider of job portal services and is expanding into the digital media space. With a new business unit focused on offering tailored solutions for brands, the company connects key opinion leaders (KOLs), buzzers, reviewers, and content creators with businesses in industries such as FMCG, food & beverage, retail, and financial institutions. By leveraging digital influencers and content creators, the company helps brands enhance their online presence, drive engagement, and reach their target audiences more effectively.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. 3 years of experience as Business Development/Sales where the main job will be doing Client Acquisition 
2. Have an exposure of Digital Agency is MANDATORY (Party Post/Group M/Other Digital Agency which the services/products are fall into these -> KOL Management, Social Media Management, Brand Activation, Campaign Management) 
3. Used to stream around 200-250 mio of revenue from campaign (during 1-2 months) 
4. Willing and comfortable working as Individual Contributor 
5. Understand and use English in a professional setting 
6. Male/Female who falls into this age 25-35 years old 

 

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Help to develop the agency’s service proposition (KOL, Reviewer, Buzzer)
2. Establish new and existing partnership to drive new stream of revenue by Calling & Meeting with the prospect clients
3. Be the primary person responsible for pre-sales consultancy and building chemistry and rapport with prospect client to pitch
4. Help to define the strategy and pitch story for prospective clients, drawing on data and insight
5. Actively participate in the presentation of the pitch, bringing energy, knowledge and passion to the room
6. Negotiate and close new business deals
7. Develop and manage your own pipe of new business opportunities through lead generation
8. Assist with accurate reporting of our new business pipe and keeping prospect information up to date
9. Represent this Digital Agency at industry events (Offline Events)
