What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 5-7 years of experience in treasury or finance, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in exchange platforms (crypto, stock, forex) or payment gateways.
- Strong knowledge of treasury systems, liquidity management, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) preferred.
- Familiarity with crypto markets and related financial risks is a plus.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Treasury System Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems (TMS) for efficient cash and liquidity management.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management (including crypto reserves), and ensure financial stability.
- Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks (market, credit, liquidity), particularly in crypto markets.
- Financial Reporting: Provide financial reports, cash flow analyses, and budget forecasts to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and treasury team, ensuring continuous improvement in operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with banks, crypto exchanges, and payment gateways to optimize financial operations.
