Possess Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)

To assist in retrieving, sorting, and handling contest entries received from the general public and participating schools.
Perform basic data entry to record the number of entries received and school/teaching representative details.
Assist in organizing and categorizing participant data for reporting and analysis
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of contest activities
Contact winning schools and participants to proceed with prize fulfillment.
Assist with other campaign tasks as necessary.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
