What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 3 years experience in SAP ECC/S4 SD module.
  • Bachelor degree, major in computer or logistics is preferred.
  • Familiar with supply chain business and SAP SD function module; Project implementation or system maintenance operation is preferred.
  • Rapid diagnosis and solution provided for major failures of ECC/S4 systems.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit, good English reading, writing and speaking, can be used as a working language.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting for SAP ECC/S4 SD module.
  • Provide rapid diagnosis and solutions for major failures of ECC/S4 systems.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Participate in project implementation and system maintenance operations.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of SAP systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
